I. The organizer of the promotion ("the Game") is INFOTEL 2000 OOD, with EIK 130292198, with address: Sofia, Opalchenska St., bl. 42A, site 5, ground floor. Entrants are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion's official rules set forth below (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Rules”). The organizer of the game reserves the right to supplement or change the Official Rules at any time, and the changes come into force only after they are announced at the Internet address www.infotel2000.bg/promo-fedon.

II. Game period: 01/08/2024 - 31/08/2024 inclusive. The promotion is organized and held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in all "Fantastico" supermarkets.

III. Products participating in the Promotion (Game), namely:

Grizini with sesame Fedon 400g.
Fedon wholemeal grits with sunflower seeds 250 g.
Corn grits Fedon 250 g.
Natural wheat croutons Fedon 150g.
Fedon whole grain croutons 150g.
Wholemeal grits with a sprinkling of seeds Fedon 250 g.
Grissini Pretzel Fedon 200 g.
Grisini with honey and sesame paste Fedon 250 g.
Whole grain grits with sesame Fedon 400 g.

IV. The official rules will be available at https://infotel2000.bg/promo-fedon/ for the duration of the game.

V. Right to participate:

VI. The game is open for participation to all natural persons with a place of residence in Bulgaria and who are over 16 years of age, with the exception of the employees of "INFOTEL 2000 OOD, owners and employees of the distributors of the products of INFOTEL 2000 OOD, as well as members of their families ( children, parents and spouses).

VII. A condition for receiving the prize from the game is that the winning participant, upon registration, has attached a photo of the downloaded receipt(s) and/or invoice(s) from the "Fantastico" supermarket to certify the purchase made. In the event that a photo with all the necessary data visible on the receipt or invoice was not attached at the time of registration, the participant will be replaced by reserve participants drawn during the determination of the winners.

VIII. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the game at any time, announcing this in accordance with point I, in the event of material abuse, violation of the Rules or force majeure. In these cases, no compensation is due to participants and no product returns are allowed.

IX. By participating in this Game, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and must abide by their terms.

X. Game Mechanism:

Step 1: To win one of the announced prizes - a voucher for a night out for two in the resort of Paradise Bay (incl. an overnight stay in a room with a panoramic view of the water, breakfast, lunch, dinner, a romantic boat trip), located in Golyama Zhelyazna, Troyan district, GROUND carry-on suitcase, Cellularline cooler bag or Hello Towels quick-drying cotton beach towel, participants must purchase FEDON brand product/s (regardless of type and weight) during the game period from Fantastico supermarket. Receipt(s) from purchases at other outlets are not included in the game. One participant with one receipt can win only one prize.

Step 2: The participant must register a valid mobile phone number, e-mail address, two names and the receipt number on the website https://infotel2000.bg/promo-fedon/. When registering, the participant must:

• enter a valid mobile number;

• enter the receipt number;

• to enter a valid e-mail address;

• to enter both his names;

• Attach a photo of the receipt or invoice showing the value of the FEDON product(s), the number of the receipt or invoice, the date of
the purchase.

• to confirm (through a check box) that he wishes to participate and agrees with the Official Rules of the promotion, and that if he is a winner, his/her name and mobile number will be published on the website https://infotel2000.bg/ promo-fedon/, as the last 3 characters of each mobile number (eg 0887111***) will be hidden and will not be visible on https://infotel2000.bg/promo-fedon/.

Step 3: After the expiration of the promotional period, according to the conditions in section XII "Prize draw", the organizer will randomly/lottery draw the corresponding number of winners who respectively win a Voucher for a night out for two in Paradise Bay resort (incl. Overnight stay in a room with a panoramic view of the water, breakfast, lunch, dinner , a romantic boat ride), GROUND Hand Luggage Suitcase, Cooler Bag with Built-in Bluetooth Speaker Cellularline or Quick Dry Cotton Beach Towel Hello Towels.

XI. Awards:

Prize 1: 1 "Voucher for an overnight stay for two in the village of Raiski Zaliv, Golyama Zhelyazna village, Troyan municipality, Lovech region (incl. Overnight stay in a room with a panoramic view of the water, breakfast, lunch, dinner, romantic boat ride )".

Prize 2: 2 pieces of G. Carry-on SuitcaseG GROUND' model Azzurro, dimensions 40x58x24 cm".

Prize 3: 10 pieces "Cooler bag with built-in Bluetooth Speaker Cellularline, dimensions: 35x23x22cm."

Prize 4: 10 pieces of Hello Towels quick-dry cotton beach towel, size: 100x180cm.

• To participate in the drawing of any prize, the user must register a receipt for the purchase made from the "Fantastico" supermarket of a FEDON product, made in the announced period 08/01/2024 - 08/31/2024.

• Voucher for a night for two in the resort Paradise Bay can be used from 01.09.2024 to 01.09.2025 after prior clarification with the resort Paradise Bay, according to the occupancy of the complex and a reservation made.

• The income tax payable by the recipients of the "Voucher for a tip for two in Paradise Bay" will be paid by INFOTEL 2000 OOD. Recipients of the income do not declare the acquired award in the GDD according to Art. 50 according to Art. 52, para. 1, item 4 of the Income Tax Act.

XII. Prize draw

• The drawing of all winners will take place on September 2, 2024.

• The drawing of winners will be carried out by a three-member committee on the part of the organizer, and winning numbers / names will be randomly drawn from among all participants who have successfully registered. The winners will be announced at https://infotel2000.bg/promo-fedon/ and will be done within 3 working days after the draw, and the last 3 characters of each mobile number (e.g. 0887111***) will be hidden and no to be visible on the page.

• Two of the identifiers of each participant are a real and valid e-mail address, as well as an up-to-date mobile number. The user must enter a valid, real, active and corresponding e-mail address and mobile phone number. A natural person is entitled to participate with only one e-mail address and mobile phone number.

XIII. The winning participants will be notified by e-mail and phone call to the respective address submitted during registration. The winners will have to confirm the address and valid data for delivery of the prize by replying to the relevant e-mail received from INFOTEL 2000 OOD, with which they are notified that they have won. If the winners do not confirm their prizes within 5 days of notification, they lose their right to receive the prize. Unconfirmed rewards will be used in future brand activities.

XIV. For the fulfillment of obligations under Art. 73 of the Personal Income Tax Act, the Organizer will require all winners to provide a surname and social security number, and these personal data will be used only for reference purposes under the legislative norm mentioned in this text. In the event that winning entrants are unwilling to provide the requested information, they forfeit the right to receive their prize.

XV. The organizer is not responsible if a winning entrant failed to notice the announcement of the win and confirmation of the prize, did not do so within the 5-day confirmation period or did not provide a valid, real and active e-mail address and/or made a technical (spelling) error when entering it, as well as made a technical (spelling) error when filling in the other data in the registration form.

XVI. A receipt can only be registered once. Only one prize can be won with one receipt.

XVII. The winning participants receive their prizes after presenting the winning receipt(s) for the purchased FEDON branded products to a representative of the company from whom they will receive the prize.

XVIII. THE ORGANIZER ASKES GAME PARTICIPANTS TO TAKE PERFECT PHOTOS, THE RECEIPT / INVOICE APPLICABLE TO THE REGISTRATION - PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED IF YOU UPLOAD PHOTOS THAT DO NOT COVER THE MANDATORY ELEMENTS - the value of the product/s PHAEDO, receipt or invoice number, date of purchase.

XIX. The use of any methods that in one way or another add registrations "automatically" instead of participants and other similar abuses are prohibited. Any participant who attempts to violate or violate the rules of the activity will be automatically disqualified by the Promoter. Violation expressly includes actions to: a) receive more than the specified maximum number of registrations from one person; b) the use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the relevant natural person in the activity; c) any other action that changes the mechanism of participation in the activity or increases the winning chances of any participant beyond the mechanism described in these Rules. The decision on disqualification is entirely up to the Organizer, and the Organizer does not owe an explanation for the methods of determining an attempted violation or an actual violation of the rules of the activity. An abuse check will be performed at all times, including after winners are contacted and upon delivery.

Claim your rewards:

XX. Prizes will be delivered to each winner within 30 business days after the winner submits a shipping address. Prizes are delivered to the same address only once. In the absence of the winning participants, the latter will receive a call with further instructions regarding receiving the prize. After the expiration of this period, the winning participant loses the right to receive the prize, which will be used in future activities of the brand.

XXI. It is not allowed to replace a won prize with its cash equivalent or with another prize.

XXII. Prizes are only available in person upon presentation of ID. The prize may be received at the specified address by a person other than the winning entrant, if the same person certifies in writing that they have received the prize on behalf of the winner.

Processing of personal data:

XXIII. All personal data will be treated as confidential information according to the current regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

XXIV. The personal data provided by the participants (names, telephone, address and social security number in the cases under the following point) will be used (collected and administered) by INFOTEL 2000 OOD, as well as their subcontractors, only for purposes related to this Promotion (Game ), organized by INFOTEL 2000 OOD, as well as distribution of won prizes. The first seven digits (without the national code 00359) of the telephone numbers of the winning participants will be announced on the promotional site https://infotel2000.bg/promo-fedon/.

Participants have the right of access at any time to their personal data collected and processed, as well as the right to request their change, deletion or correction in accordance with Art. 26 et seq. of the Personal Data Protection Act by sending their request in writing to an email address marketing@infotel2000.bg.

Responsibility:

XXV. The Game Promoter is not obliged to enter into any correspondence regarding non-winning claims at the expiry of the promotion period or on other similar occasions.

XXVI. The organizer is not responsible for the occurrence of force majeure circumstances and/or a breakdown in the information systems that prevent the realization of the relevant game and/or the delivery of prizes.

XXVII. Any disputes that may arise between the Organizer of the promotion and its participants are resolved through negotiations or, as a last resort, if it is impossible to reach an agreement, through the intervention of the competent authorities.

XXVIII. INFOTEL 2000 Ltd. reserves the right to change the period of the promotion, if due to unforeseen circumstances such as delay of promotional materials, breakdown in information systems or others, it cannot activate the promotion on 01.08.2024 and terminate it on 31.08.2024.
