General conditions for online shopping from the website of Infotel 2000
Subject to the General Terms and Conditions
This page contains the General Terms and Conditions according to which Infotel 2000 OOD provides services and products to its Customers through the smartstyle.bg online store. Customers expressly and unconditionally agree to the present general terms and conditions for the use of the website and the online store.
The site infotel2000.bg is owned by Infotel 2000 OOD - a company registered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, with headquarters and management address: Sofia; 109 Opalchenska St., block 42A, site 5, entered with EIK: 130292198; VAT registration number BG130292198, contact phone: 02 9632031, email: office@infotel2000.bg, hereinafter referred to in these general conditions as "Infotel".
- Registration
Registration is not required to shop through the online store. Upon registration, the Customer is required to fill out a registration form in which he indicates correct data necessary for the issuance of invoices and delivery protocols, as well as a valid address of permanent establishment, telephone number and e-mail address.
- Consent
By ticking the box "I agree with the General Terms and Conditions", the customer makes an electronic statement declaring that he is familiar with the present General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
3. Information on protection of personal data
Infotel 2000 carries out its activities in strict compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) to ensure the confidentiality and lawful processing of the personal data of its customers.
In compliance with current legislation and the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, Infotel 2000 may use the Customer's personal data solely and exclusively for lawful purposes. Detailed information on the purposes of processing and the rights of the subjects of personal data is provided on the Infotel 2000 website: https://infotel2000.bg/page/privacy-policy or at the address of the company's headquarters.
Infotel 2000 through infotel2000.bg has the right to use the information for offering goods and/or services to the Client, for promotions, sending advertising messages, congratulations, organizing raffles, inquiries, for statistical and any other lawful purposes for which it was received the express consent of the Client in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
During his registration at infotel2000.bg, the Visitor has the option to agree to receive personal messages about promotions and current offers to his email address, which he entered during his registration. In the event that the user does not wish to receive advertising messages, he can unsubscribe through a special embedded unsubscribe link contained in each advertising message.
Infotel 2000 guarantees its Customers the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided. The latter will not be used, provided or brought to the knowledge of third parties except in the cases and under the conditions specified in the present General Terms and Conditions, the Information on the processing of personal data and the Consent provided by the Client. Infotel 2000 protects the User's personal data, which became known to him when filling out the electronic form for making a purchase application.
Infotel 2000 is not responsible for damages caused to software, hardware or telecommunications equipment, or for loss of data resulting from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the services provided. The advice, consultations or assistance provided by the specialists and employees of Infotel 2000 in connection with the use of the services by the Clients does not give rise to any responsibility or obligations for INFOTEL 2000 OOD.
Infotel 2000 is entitled to collect and use information relating to its Customers only in accordance with applicable law.
Infotel 2000 is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations under this contract in the event of circumstances that Infotel 2000 did not foresee and was not obliged to foresee - including cases of random events, problems in the global Internet network and in the provision of services beyond the control of Infotel 2000.
Infotel 2000 has the right to install "Cookies" on the User's computers, after the User's express consent, which the User provides during the initial visit to the merchant's page by means of the button "I agree with the use of "Cookies". Cookies are text files that are saved by the Internet page on the User's hard drive and allow the recovery of information about the User, identifying him and allowing the tracking of his actions, the Internet pages he visits, the hyperlinks he uses, the information that uses and records and others. At any time, the User has the right to withdraw his consent to the installation of cookies. By uninstalling the Cookies, the performance of the site may be impaired and certain pages may be unavailable.
Disclosure of information
Infotel 2000, through infotel2000.bg, undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the User to third parties - government bodies, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases where:
- has received the express written consent of the User;
- the information is requested by government bodies or officials who, according to current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information;
- Infotel 2000 through infotel2000.bg is obliged to provide the information under the law.
Infotel 2000 is a personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection. Infotel 2000 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection.
The user expressly agrees that infotel2000.bg has the right to collect and use information in connection with registration for using the services of infotel2000.bg. The information by which the person can be identified may include name, surname, date of birth, gender, as well as any other information that the person provides voluntarily during the registration on infotel2000.bg. The information includes any other information that the User enters, uses or provides when requesting, receiving or using goods and services through infotel2000.bg (as far as applicable), participation in promotions, raffles and contests, filling in survey cards, questionnaires, forms and others. The user may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of the registration and the related information from infotel2000.bg.
Infotel2000.bg collects and uses information from Users, representing personal data, to identify the needs and interests of the User, to provide quality and personalized service, to provide information about products and services, including personalized promotional offers, and to help Users when using Infotel2000.bg and the services and support provided, for statistical purposes, etc. The information is stored in the Infotel2000.bg database, in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
By accepting these general conditions, the User agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. The user has the right to object to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes, including the receipt of promotional offers and advertisements of products and services, by sending a written message to the email address: OFFICE@INFOTEL2000.BG.
4. Agree to the terms and conditions. Intellectual property rights
By loading infotel2000.bg, each User accepts and has the obligation to comply with these General Terms and Conditions for the entire time of using the page, from the initial loading until leaving infotel2000.bg.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these general conditions, the information published on infotel2000.bg is the property of Infotel 2000. Copying, transmission, distribution and storage of part or all of the content published on infotel2000.bg is prohibited without the express permission written consent of Infotel 2000. Customers have the right to view and print samples from infotel2000.bg for their personal use.

Infotel 2000 has the right at any time to change the content of Infotel2000.bg and the current general terms and conditions for its use, without having the obligation to notify the Users in advance of the changes. The amended general conditions for use of infotel2000.bg are published on infotel2000.bg and are available to all Users. No express consent of the Clients is required to amend the general terms and conditions. The updated general conditions come into force from the date of their publication on infotel2000.bg. Applicable to each purchase are the general conditions in force on the date of purchase, with which the User expressly agrees at the time of purchase.
5. References
Infotel2000.bg may contain links to Internet pages that are owned or operated by third parties. When loading such Internet pages through infotel2000.bg, the User agrees and accepts that Infotel 2000 does not exercise control over the content of these pages and is not responsible for information created or published on them. The presence of a link to third-party websites on infotel2000.bg in no way means that Infotel 2000 endorses their content or the products and services offered through them. Users use infotel2000.bg's links to third-party websites entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

8. Other terms
The possible invalidity of any of the provisions of these general terms and conditions will not lead to the invalidity of the entire general terms and conditions.
The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to issues not settled in these general terms and conditions, related to the implementation and interpretation of this contract.
All disputes between the parties under these general terms and conditions will be resolved by the competent court or the Consumer Protection Commission applying the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
These general conditions come into force for all Users of infotel2000.bg.
