B – EVO thermal bottles

The bottles are innovative and patented itotal brand product.

Thanks to their three-wall insulation, they keep the water hot for more than 12 hours and, accordingly, cold for more than 24 hours.

More than 100 million plastic bottles are used every day, which is what inspired our mission for this project. In order to reduce this waste and give new life to it by recycling and reusing it at the same time.

The RPET process, where R stands for recycled PET (polyester) material from which plastic bottles are made, consists of collecting such used bottles so that they are reduced to small pieces (polymerization) after cleaning. Then a fabric (filanto) is extracted from it, which will then be used to create rolls of fabric from which our products are made.

Usually from 2 bottles of 500 ml. are used for the production of toiletry bags. From 30-35 bottles of 500 ml, 1 backpack is produced.
